These terms govern your use of polymathdigital.co and anything you request through it. By using the site you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.

This site is operated by Polymath Digital, an independent search consultancy operating from India. Contact: hello@polymathdigital.co.

2. What this site is

This site describes our consultancy work in technical SEO, search migrations, analytics and AI visibility. Nothing on it is an offer to enter a contract, and nothing on it is professional advice you should act on without talking to us about your specific situation. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

3. The AI Visibility Snapshot

The Snapshot is a free, limited diagnostic. By requesting one you agree that:

We examine publicly available information about the website you give us. You confirm you are entitled to ask us to do that.
It is a first look, not an audit, and not a substitute for a full engagement.
It reflects what AI search systems returned at the time we looked. Those systems change constantly, and the same question can return different answers on different days.
Any figures shown as examples on this site are illustrative. They are not a forecast of your results, and we don’t guarantee any particular outcome, ranking, citation or revenue.
We may decline a request, and we may stop offering the Snapshot at any time.

4. Using the site

Don’t use this site to break the law, to scrape or copy it at scale, to probe or interfere with its security, to submit anything false, or to submit someone else’s personal data without their permission. We can withdraw access if you do.

5. What you send us

You keep ownership of anything you send through the site. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for — answering your enquiry or preparing your Snapshot. Don’t send us confidential information through the contact form; wait until there’s a confidentiality agreement in place. Personal data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Our content

The text, design, diagrams and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You can read it, share links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You can’t republish it, sell it, or use it to train a model without our written permission. Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

7. Other people’s sites

We link out to things. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.

8. No warranty

The site and the Snapshot are provided as they are. We don’t promise the site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that anything on it is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or the free Snapshot. Our total liability in connection with the site and the Snapshot is limited to INR 10,000. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Liability for paid work is dealt with in the engagement agreement, not here.

10. Indemnity

If you use this site in breach of these terms and that causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.

11. Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep any right you have to bring proceedings in your own country.

13. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing something isn’t a waiver of it. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any engagement agreement between us are the whole agreement on their subject matter.
